We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, with more countries planned as we grow.

Every order includes a flat shipping fee of $7, regardless of size, to any of our supported countries.

Production & delivery time

Because every blanket is personalized and illustrated specifically for your child, please allow time for design generation and production before it ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–15 days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Returns & exchanges

Because each blanket is made specifically for your child, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your blanket arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mystorywear.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.
