Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how MyStoryWear, a brand of TALVENIX LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and service to create a personalized illustrated hooded blanket.
Information We Collect
To create your child's blanket, we collect: a photo you upload of your child, your child's first name, age and gender (used only to personalize the design), and your name, email address, shipping address and language/currency preference. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
How We Use Your Child's Photo
Your child's photo is used solely to generate the illustrated likeness that appears on their personalized blanket design. It is not used for facial recognition, not used to train publicly available AI models, and never shared with advertisers. Photos and generated designs are stored privately, outside any public folder, and are automatically deleted after your order ships, or after 30 days if no order is placed.
How We Use Other Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your order, keep you updated on its status, provide customer support, and improve our service.
Data Sharing
We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to run our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider for order and preview notifications (Resend), our printing and fulfillment partners (who receive only the finished design files and shipping address), and our hosting providers.
Data Retention
Photos and generated designs are kept only as long as needed to fulfill your order (deleted after shipping, or after 30 days if no order is placed). Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our service is intended to be used by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
